Here is the creed rom v4 for galaxy y users.
This rom has some bug fixes as said by its developers. But its up to you to download it and try, if you think there are still some bugs then report it to us by commenting or on the developers page. I am sure it will help.
By the way lets get to the point now. Its a really smooth and awesome ROM. If you have tried creed v3.5 then you would know that.

Instructions:
- First download the zip file and copy it in your sd card.
- Now make back of your data and contacts.
- switch off your phone and restart it in recovery mode(Volume up+power+home key)
- Now wipe data and cache
- Now select apply update from sd card
- Choose the zip file you downloade and install it.
- Reboot you phone, it can take some time to start for the first time.
- You have done it enjoy.
